Have default fields for keywords and descriptions in the configuration so they don't have to be entered on every page if they won't change from page to page. Keyword field needs to be much longer.

note, it is considered bad seo to have the same description and keywords for multiple pages - it will get flagged as duplicate content and decrease your seo. however, it would be nice to have a starting point that you can modify per page.
