    Picture Viewer

I have some clients that view our site using dial up connections. One issue that has been reported by one client is that they cannot see the pictures, it displays a red x where the pics belong.  Everyone else that hits the site gets the pictures to the best of my knowledge.  I was wondering if this might be a browser issue or maybe a version issue with the Adobe flash viewer that they may be using.  Any info you could send will be appreciated.

    Thanks

Sorry to hear you are having troubles. We are happy to assist you on this, could you provide us with a little more information about the problem. What browser and flash version are your clients are using? Do all the pictures come up as red Xs or just some of the pictures?

What is the url of the website you are having a problem with? (You may send this information to tssupport@tandemserver.com)

Sometimes users upload very large images into the photo galleries without using an optimized thumbnail image. Using large images causes performance problems so it is recommended that optimized images be used as the gallery must load all thumbnails before it can render the gallery.  Slower internet connections may experience problems with the photo gallery if images are not optimized.
