Besides running a couple of sites, I'm also hosting them. I would like to install Tandem Server and use it for more than one site. Are there any issues I should be aware of before installation of the first site ?

As long as each install of tandem server is in its own application you can have as many as you want running.

What about the licensing.  If I have more than one Tandem Server Site that I don't want the "Powered By" strip to show on, wouldn't I need more than 1 license? If not, how would that work.

Licensing Tandem Server is 1 license per domain so you would need to purchase a license for each.

Are there any kind of pricing breakpoints? 

Ther are no "bulk" rates for Tandem Server installations but we can discuss this offline and come up with something for you.
