I'm running 2008.01.  The production server is Win2003, the test server is WinXP.

On both of these servers I get the following error when I start RadSpell:

 RadSpell error. Server returned error: 500

 /RadControls/Spell/Telerik.RadSpellCheckHandler.ashx

Syntax error

I checked the Telerik web site, but the help suggested only to verify the .ashx verb settings - which I did and all seem correct.

I realize this isn't your product, but any help that sets me in the right direction would be appreciated.

I get this same problem on the demo site - there may be a problem with the Tandem Server bits. 

I will get a fix for this and send you an update when it's done. This should only take a day to get out to you...provided this can be fixed on our side.

Ok, the issue has been resolved and the 2008_01 build has been updated on the site. Please download and reinstall the 2008_01 build again. The problem was that the build did not contain the dictionaries for the spell check.
