I have copied the following folders to the root of my domain:

 -bin

- install

as well as the file : TandemServer.tszip

 When typing in the command to install I get the following error:

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /install/default.aspx

When I check the install folder, the webpage is in there. Any Ideas? My webhost is 1and1.com and I have a business package.

Make sure you website has the following folder structure and files. Sometimes the ICSharpCode.SHarpZipLib.dll has a problem coping out so verify it's there and is about 20k in size.

•  webroot
• bin 
• ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll
• TandemServerInstall.dll
• install
• default.aspx
• TandemServer.tszip

Be sure that you are using ASP.NET 2.0

Are the files in your webroot or in a subfolder off the webroot? they should be in the webroot.

if you cannot get this to work, you may send an email to tssupport@tandemserver.org with your website url and email address and we'll help you get this setup. we may need to get your login information to resolve your problem.

I installed the files as noted but when I got to my URL, nothing happens... Here is my URL

i see your problem.

You have everything in a folder called "webroot". move everything to the root of your website, not a folder called webroot.

moved it, now I get that 404 message....

i'm not exactly sure whats happening with your site, i think you have some settings wrong on your site like directory browsing should be turned off and you should allow scripts to be executed on your entire website.

ask your hosting company to configure you website properly. if you cannot get it working then send and email to tssupport with your login information and we will resolve it for you.

If you could please email me the address to send the login information that would be great as my webhost has said there is no issue. My address is brad.britton at gmail.com .
