Default Settings:

·         User Name: admin

·         Password: admin

Instructions on how to reset your User Name/Password to the default settings:

1.       FTP into your site

2.       Locate and edit the ‘Web.config’ file

3.       Replace the line directly UNDER “<credentials passwordFormat="SHA1">”

4.       With this line <user name="admin" password="D033E22AE348AEB5660FC2140AEC35850C4DA997"/>

5.       The line your are replacing will look similar to the line above

6.       Don’t forget to change your UserName/Password in the pub tool

7.       Don’t forget your new UserName/Password
