The function of the quick launch button is to make it easier for the beginner to have instant 5 page website created.

When a user clicks the Quick Launch button they will answer a few very basic questions and enter content in a wysiwyg editor; What is the name of your site?, Do you have a logo?, ... once the basic questions are answered the user will have an instant website published in under 5 minutes.

Support text would notify the user that the quick launch tab is to be used only to help beginners to get their first website up and running.
