Any chance anyone was able to get Tandem to operate through 1and1.com hosting? I uprgarded my package to be able to us ASP.NET, but i still get this error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Everything was in the right place, I just can't get it to install. Do I need to call 1and1. com or would it be best to just transfer to another hosting service?

What version of Tandem Server are you trying to install? it appears your website does not have an install folder. verify you have these files/folders in the root of your website:

http://domain.com/install/default.aspx

http://domain.com/install/install.aspx

http://domain.com/bin/ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll

http://domain.com/bin/TandemServerInstall.dll

Yes, i have all those files. The file that i downloaded was TandemServer2008_03. I had the Install install, and bin folder. i even had the zip file.

what domain are you installing on? if you would like you can send tssupport@tandemserver.org an email with a temporary ftp login to your domain and we will get it working for you.
