We currently do not have our own hosting solution but if you wanted to use the same service we use, you can sign up for an account with AquestHosting.com. AquestHosting.com has an auto installer for Tandem Server to make it easy for you to install, however they do not have our latest available version yet, so you will want to download and install it from this site (tandemserver.org).
