WOW! Just noticed the new upload file feature in the forms. That's very cool and I had no idea it was in there. The first time I tried it though I noticed a mistake.
The install process seems to create /Files/VistorUpload
When you upload a file, the app seems to create a folder /Files/VisitorUpload (but it stores it under _formsubmission)

2012.01.01 appears to have resolved this issue. I removed both folders /VistorUpload and /VisitorUpload, performed the upgrade and it created /VisitorUpload. I uploaded a file through the form and it did not create a second folder.
