Can someone point me in the right direction to learn more about adding videos to my site. I have a set of marketing videos that I would like to automatically start playing when the page is open. I created the videos using Camtasia studio if this makes any difference. My first attempt was simply selecting the windows media player from the HTML editor page. When I went to preview the page, the media player is visible but the video will not play even when I click the play button. I am sure I am missing something simple, but just cant seem to figure it out.

You can reference the video that's on the demo site (this player works in preview mode): public site: http://www.tandemserver.net/media-player pub tool: http://www.tandemserver.net/admin/PageManager.aspx?PageId=38
Another option would be to post your videos on a video sharing site like youtube then put their embed code on your page.

What a coincidence. I have just been working on adding YOUTUBE music videos to my personal site. Go to http://www.thewebbpage.net Then select the OUR MUSIC menu selection and you will see YOUTUBE videos on the right hand side of the page. If you select the drop down MUSIC VIDEOS, you will see even more YOUTUBE videos. BTW, my jukebox will start playing immediately. To stop it from playing, click the large silver button in the middle of the jukebox.
I simply copied the EMBED code that is available on the YOUTUBE pages and pasted it into the HTML code section of an HTML control.
Another BTW. I wrote the song NITE OWL when I was 16. I wrote the song LET"S ROLL AMERICA (on the jukebox) 3 days after 9/11 and recorded it about 3 weeks later.

Adding videos via YouTube is the way we went with our site. It's very easy and you can choose all kinds of options for the look of the video (border color, size of video, etc.). If you want the video to start as soon as the page opens, though, I'm not sure if that is an option with the YouTube videos. Good luck to you.
